欢迎使用子秋记账（以下简称“本应用”）。本协议说明你在使用本应用过程中，我们如何处理你的信息以及你享有的权利。
Welcome to Ziqiu Ledger (the “App”). This agreement explains how we process your information and what rights you have while using the App.
本应用提供：账本管理、收支记录、分类统计、图表分析、AI 辅助记账、会员订阅等功能。
The App provides ledger management, income/expense recording, category statistics, chart analytics, AI-assisted bookkeeping, and VIP subscription features.
1）账号信息：账号、加密后的密码摘要、登录标识（如 Apple 登录标识）。
1) Account data: username, encrypted password hash, login identifiers (such as Apple Sign-In ID).
2）业务数据：账本、账单、金额、时间、分类、备注、预算及协作关系等。
2) Business data: books, bills, amounts, timestamps, categories, notes, budgets, and collaboration relationships.
3）设备与日志：设备型号、系统版本、应用版本、网络状态、必要请求日志（含接口路径、时间、来源 IP）。
3) Device & logs: device model, OS/app version, network status, and necessary request logs (API path, timestamp, source IP).
4）媒体权限：你授权后访问相册/相机以上传头像或图片。
4) Media permission: with your authorization, we access photo/camera for avatar/image upload.
5）订阅数据：订单号、交易号、产品 ID、订阅状态、有效期等（用于开通与核验）。
5) Subscription data: order number, transaction ID, product ID, status, expiry (for entitlement activation and verification).
请勿在 AI 输入中提交身份证号、银行卡号、密码等高敏感信息。
Do not input highly sensitive data (ID number, bank card number, passwords) into AI fields.
为实现支付、对象存储、短信、AI 等功能，我们会接入第三方服务，并在必要范围内共享最小化数据。
To support payments, object storage, SMS, and AI, we integrate third-party services and share only minimal necessary data.
首次使用 AI 记账前，应用内会弹窗说明将发送的数据、接收方与用途，并在你同意后才会继续。
Before first AI bookkeeping use, the App shows an in-app consent prompt explaining data, recipient, and purpose; processing starts only after your consent.
当你使用 AI 记账功能时，你输入的文本（如账单描述、备注）会发送给第三方 AI 服务商进行语义解析与结构化记账结果生成。
When you use AI bookkeeping, your input text (e.g., bill descriptions and remarks) is sent to third-party AI providers for semantic parsing and structured bookkeeping output.
我们仅在实现该功能所必需范围内处理数据，不会要求你提交身份证号、银行卡号、密码等高敏感信息。
We process data only to the extent necessary for this feature and do not require highly sensitive data such as ID numbers, bank card numbers, or passwords.
我们采用访问控制、鉴权、传输保护、日志审计等措施保护数据，并按法律要求和业务必要期限保存数据。
We use access control, authentication, transport protection, and audit logs, and retain data only as required by law or business necessity.
未成年人请在监护人指导下阅读并同意本协议后使用本应用。
Minors should use the App under guardian guidance and consent.
我们可能因产品或法律要求更新本协议，更新后会在应用或网页公示。
We may update this agreement due to product or legal changes and will publish updates in-app or on the web page.
